  Low Level Exception Occured

  I never had this issue on my Mac but now I have a PC and not every time but most times I get this error and it renders Premiere useless. I’ve tried changing it from using my GPU to using the Hardware. It works sometimes but not every time. Why is this happening and how can I fix this problem? Thanks
