    Hi,

I have some footage which is annoyingly in 12fps. Are there any techniques that can be used to smooth this out? This may be something for Aftereffects or Premiere so I have posted in both.

MUCH needed help so would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

If it looks good, look at it.

You can use Ae’s frame blending [link] feature, or the built-in Timewarp effect, or the third-party effect Twixtor.

However, 12 fps is not a lot of temporal resolution. If you don’t expect too much, you won’t be disappointed with the results.
