lost the track motion/crop screen

You might have mistakenly docked it into one of the docking areas on the Vegas window, in which case it’ll probably appear as a tab alongside Project Media, Explorer, Transitions etc.

You might have accidentally dragged it off the bottom of the screen under the Windows taskbar. It can be recovered by hiding the taskbar (right-click taskbar and select Properties, and enable autohide) and dragging the window back up where it belongs.
