PPro is refusing to see/use some of the render files I have created in a project…I rendered out small portions as I went along, and suddenly as I neared the end of the project PPRO “lost” connection with about 80% of the rendered files…they are still in the preview file folder….anyone know how to “reconnect” these render files to the project…I am used to FCP and it has a “reconnect” dialogue that pops up if FCP “loses” any render files. Any ideas appreciated….Thanks, George

I suggest that you delete them all and start over. It will save space in the long run anyway. There is no way that I know of to reconnect them.

It is not possible to link rendered or preview files. As Steven suggests, delete the Preview files and render again.

This should be a feature request. I would love to be able to relink the render files onto an external hard drive, and transfer a project to another computer, pre-rendered. Can I not point my render file location to the folder where these files are stored and have them link up. If not it would be nice if we could.
