I have a Pegasus Thunderbolt set up as a RAID5 with 9TB of diskspace (i.e. 4x3TB disks), filled with about 6 TB worth of videofiles. Last week the array started to act strangely, refusing me to copy certain files to it and giving me a “error 3016”-message.

Then I did something I probably shouldn’t have done: I opened up the Disk Utility and clicked “verify disk”, and then “repair disk”. I should have taken screencap, but…

After this, I haven’t been able to see the disk contents.

Running “file recovery” gives me access to recover the files in bulk, but the folders and structure seems to be lost. Not very good when these files are online-files for re-linking. I downloaded Wondershare data recovery and let it do a “partition recovery”-scan over the weekend, but it didn’t find anything.

Does anyone know how I can get access to the content with the folder structure intact?

    Geir,

Since nobody else had commented, my 2 cents. I’d get hold of Promise & see what they say.
