Lost Program Window
Greetings!
I’m running into a problem that I am hoping someone will be able to assist me with. Here’s the situation:
At my office I work off my macbook pro with a second monitor attached. Sometimes, when I close a program that is running on my second monitor and restart the program later without the second monitor attached the program will open off-screen. I can see the very bottom right corner of the program, but I can’t move the program window onto my main laptop display. It’s like the OS still thinks that I have the extended desktop provided by my additional monitor.
Typically, I can plug a second monitor into my laptop and then unplug it, causing all the windows to be gathered to my laptop screen. However, I am traveling now and don’t have a monitor to use to fix the problem.
I feel like there must be a simple way to get my program window to my laptop screen, but I can’t seem to find a way to do it.
Any help would be much appreciated.

After many frustrating hours of searching, i found an answer to this issue.
You have to download and run a simple script which returns all your windows to the main screen.
