I have a wierd issue that has happened repeatedly. I collect a project and have all resource files in the collected folder. I work on several additional versions and save-quit. Now, I reopen the project and it says you are missing 35 files. I have color bars all they way down the timeline stack. The files are in the folder there in the project folder but have detached themselves from the project in the timeline. I have painstakingly slid one at a time into the project and added them, one at a time under the missing file, open that file-copy and paste in the replacement file…

It’s a genuine pain. Does anyone have an easy way back? Files are Illlustrator and Photoshop Layers- all from one layered PSD file.

    Thanks in advance,
    jm

Thanks Dave, I finally got it solved last night… What a drag to have that happen, but I did exactly what you suggested and it works and also drags all the other missing files in as well.
    Thanks again.
