    Hello,
I have question about exporting from PP CS4 to AE.

I have sequence about 3-4 minutes with simple cuts, slow motion and some dissolves and i want to color correct and add few effects in AE. How should I export it from premiere? Footage is 1080i HDV 25fps.

After my work is done in After Effects I want to put it back in premiere and burn on Blu-Ray and DVD.

I tried Uncompressed Microsoft AVI but files are HUGE(is it normal that 3-4 minutes movie is 20GB? which codec is better: V210 or UYVY), I’ve tried Animation from QT with best quality but output is very poor quality(if you want i will put some screens).

I heard Lagarith and Huffyuv are decent codecs, should i try those?

And last question: since HDV is in YUV color space, and AE works in RGB, how should i export my clips from PP to AE? in YUV or RGB?

    Lagarith is good.

    Often overlooked:
QuickTime using PNG compression. Or PNG file sequences. A little slow to work with (compared to say, uncompressed TIFF image sequences), but robust and lossless.
