  Loss of gamma, saturation, increase of washed out colors when using 4k footage in Sony Vegas Pro 16

  When I import 4k footage (tried multiple different sources) the clips seem to lose saturation, gamma, maybe even contrast too. Overall, it creates a washed out look. How can I fix this? This issue only appears when using 4k footage, never had the problem with regular 1080p footage

  My stereoscopic 3d mode is OFF

  If i use LEVELS –> STUDIO RGB TO COMPUTER RBG it somewhat fixes it, but not entirely. I am also not a fan of using post vfx to fix this, since it uses more power and it would take a lot of fiddling and messing around to match the original saturation, gamma and contrast of the original source
