Losing render files
I’m working on an hourlong documentary, and it seems that every time I open the project, random files have gone un-rendered and show the green bar. Sometimes something as simple as a color effect and other times it’s a still with a motion path. I can’t figure out what’s going on. I have a Mac Book Pro running FCP Studio 2. External WD 320GB FW drive.

If you have FCP 6.0.1, you must update to get rid of this:

If you are above 6.0.1, then it’s probably smoothcam that’s coming unrendered. As far as I know, this is a bug and you should report it immediately because it drives us insane.

Are there any updates on this? I’m running FCP 6.0.6 and I’m still loosing the smoothcam render files.
