Hi folks, should be a really easy thing to do, but I’ve been at it for hours. So I’d like to ask for a little assistance. I want to loop the .wav on the Main Menu page. When I move the loop point to the end of the song, all the text and my buttons disappear, on Menu 1. It’s got to be something stupid I’m doing, but for the life of me I can’t figure out what. Nor, can I find any sections on looping in the manual. So what’s going on here? Any help greatly appreciated!! I’m using DVDA 4.0

If you look in your “Menu page properties” to your right,
you will see “end action”, in that you will see “command”,
where in the drop down you can set your menu to “loop”.
If this doesn’t help….Maybe it depends still on how you
    are setting up your menu.

Thanks Steve, that worked perfectly. I thought you had to set the loop point in the General tab, in the Menu Page Properties, but I guess not. Can you confirm that if YOU set the loop point to exactly the same length as the song’s length, all your text and buttons disappear too?? Or is this just a bug in 4.0? Either way thanks for your help, it certainly works now!

    You are welcome…..

No it shouldn’t. If everything is initially
lined up properly you should not be seeing
    any text or buttons disappearing.

Well, I was hoping you were going to try it for yourself………..just so I know I’m not going insane! But it’s ok, I was just curious. The method you outlined works as it should. Thanks again………

    Hi there,

Using DVD Architect 4.5 ( with Sony Movie Studio 9 ),
I had the same problem with the menu’s disappearing when I set the
Loop Point setting. Even if I set LOOP in the End Action.

Fix was to remove the Loop Point and Keep the End Action = Loop
to preserve the Menu’s showing !

    Only 4 years have passed.

    Cheers….

    Hey Steve!
This is an old post but your answer on looping the menu (audio in my case) was perfect.
    Thanks!
