Looping slide show alias
Greetings,
I’m often asked to put full screen jpegs in onset monitors. For a variety of reasons, I’ve been using the loop function of iDVD (simple loop is easier in iDVD than StudioPro).My problem is right at the loop point, the graphic will alias.
Original material is a .jpeg. Put into FCP and exported as a .mov then looped in iDVD.
I would appreciate suggestions on how to do this better.

What you want is called a “still show” in almost any standard DVD authoring software. In a still show, the still images display until you advance manually using the DVD player remote. Don’t use a “slide show”, which displays images only for a predetermined fixed duration.
