Looping Displacement Effect

Yep still images, I would rather do it through after effects if its possible, I’ve played around with displacement maps but cant quite get the amount of movement thats being achieved in the examples

Thanks Dave, I’ll take a look at colorama as one of the images are hair based, otherwise it might be a case of purchasing the software

Most of those are casual morphs between two images, then precomposed-looped, snowflakes added.
I would start with AFX Distort->Reshape effect, however, if I was looking for something more serious, then I would turn to Re:Flex effect from ReVisionFX. There were times, when AVID had that Elastic Reality software.
