    Hey there, all.

I know how to use expressions to make effects and animations loop, but what if I just want a video clip to do it? And when I say “loop,” I’m specifically talking about the “ping pong” style loop cycle.

I know (hope) that there’s probably an easy solution to this, but I’ve spent a significant amount of time searching here and elsewhere, but haven’t come up with a fix yet.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    This should work–

Turn on time remapping, add a new keyframe one frame before the last keyframe that AE creates, delete the last keyframe, and add this expression:

    loopOut(“pingpong”)

    Brilliant. Worked like a charm.

    Thanks very much.
