Kind of a spin off of my first question. But I have some text that will glow slightly, then it will glow more intensely. And I am wanting to just loop the high intensity portion of the glow. Is it possible to loop just a section of the timeline in AE? If so could someone point me in the right direction>?

You could just copy paste the keyframes for the section you wanted to loop, or you could use a loop expression.

Try splitting the layer where you want it to loop, then adding a loop expression.
YOu could then preComp those two layers if you need to make sure they stay together.
