    Hello everyone.
I’m trying to create a DVD where there are six 30-second clips.
In the menu, the user has 3 ways of viewing: (1)PLAY ALL sequentially then back to menu, (2)Select a clip 1 by 1, and (3)Loop all clips endlessly following the original sequence.
The 1st two options worked fine but the 3rd option only loops twice then goes back to the menu.
This is what I did for the loop:
    1. Selected all 6 timelines and created a playlist.
    2. Linked the playlist to the LOOP button in the menu.
    3. Set override of LOOP button back to the PLAYLIST.
Is there anything that I missed?
Tried searching but most loop discussions are for looping 1 clip only.

Don’t use an override…this is certainly causing problems.

Now if you set the end action of the playlist back to itself, it should loop. But there’s a bug where if you do this, it will loop only three times. To get around this, create an empty playlist with the end action set to your looping playlist, then set the end action of your looping playlist to the empty playlist. This should loop endlessly.

Thanks a lot, Joe! It worked perfectly.

JOE: your response to Ian was exciting cuz we are having similar problems.
our problem is: we want to create a menu where the viewer has two options:
play each clip individually and then be brought back to main menu OR click our
logo and play all. we can’t do both, it seems. we are only able to do one or
the other. do you have a suggestion? what are we missing? thank you so
much in advance for any help, your guruness! CLIFFORD STRINGFELLOW

Clifford, sure you can…which version of Encore are you using?

I have a DVD project that has multiple timelines with separate buttons for each timeline. I want each timeline to loop indefinitely
until I select menu on the remote. Is this possible?
