  • Looping a Motion made Animation

I created a shape (circle) with a line that rotates clockwise 360 degree using a Ramp behavior on its Rotation axel for a second.
So he shapes and animation is one second long, now I want to this animation to repeat itself for 10 seconds (for example).
Now in Video clips you can Loop the end state, but not in a made Animation. How would I go by this?

    Thanks!

Use keyframes instead of the Ramp behavior, and in the Keyframe Editor, use the Animation Menu to set After Last Keyframe to Repeat.

Oh, wonder why Apple couldn’t put that option in the Timing! But now I know!

    THANKS!

You could also just make the behavior 10 seconds long, and set the rotation to 3600 degrees.

True but that is not the elegant Apple way 😉

Properties Inspector, Timing section at the bottom, set the End Condition to Loop (for a video clip). Fro keyframes, use the Keyframe Editor to set After Last Keyframe to do what you want.
