I’m using a Novoflrx 4/3 to Canon FD lens adapter on my Af100. The iris on the lens isnt working. What am I doing wrong? Is there a menu setting? Do I need an adapter with an iris built in? My understanding was that the the FD lens should work with this adapter.

Never mind. I just figured it out. The aperture log on the back of the FD Breech Mount lens Must be rotated and locked to the left position.

Which type of lens? If it’s not a manual control aperture you may not get aperture control. Most DSLR type non-lenses i.e. non M43 do not have iris control if the aperture is not mechanical. That’s one of those things worth paying extra for.
