Does anyone know where I can get very professional/high quality loops of drums and bass. I am looking for pro quality like the loop packs offered at apple.com. I have final cut pro and soundtrack(will be getting soundtrack pro) I am looking for a real good sound fx to use with the short trailers I make for movies and commercials. Thanks.

I would check out the Zero-G “Pro Pack for Apple Garageband” (which also works in Soundtrack).

It has over 11,000 loops in it, which includes 3,900 drum loops, alone.

    OK, I gotta know.
When you want that one particular drum lick, how the heck do you find it within the next 6 months listening to that many loops?

Usually, you get things “clumped” by clusters of similar feeling and sounding grooves. You listen to one from a cluster and get the idea and dig down from there.

But, as you probably surmise, Charlie, in the end it’s a matter of luck.

    ;o)

Loops: So many and so little time!

[Ron Lindeboom] “end it’s a matter of luck.”

    Exactly what I figured.

    Thanx, Ron
