Looking for a developer to write a script that allows us to take a File Maker Pro XML and import the metadata into Premiere Pro.

It sounds as if it may have been done – look at the preview of this book on Google Books:
I just did a search on “filemaker pro xml to after effects script” and it showed up within the first few.
