Looking for cheap and simple software playout solution

Looking for cheap and simple playout software for the Mac . Need following functionality:

– Fully automated 24/7 playout from playlists
– Possibility to scale output to HD / SD, no matter the source
– Possibility to activate or de-activate logo bug
– Support for still images with a set duration in playlist
– Output through BM Ultrastudio Express

Option:
– Switch from playlist to live input through BM Ultrastudio Express on certain times of the day

Any tips on simple, low cost software solutions would be very welcome!

Can highly recommend Toolsonair.com
We run 24×7 station. Very reliable

Mac only Blackmagic and AjA comparability. aJA offers more output option like live input.
Well worth a look.
