  • Looking for a tutorial that will teach me how to clean a dirty window.

Just like the title says. I have a shot where the actors are talking behind a dirty window and want to remove all of the distracting spots from the window. The camera is not locked off in this shot. Any tutorial addressing similar issues or techniques would be amazing.

    Thanks!

I unfortunately cannot post a picture of the frame due to the fact that the spot has not been finished yet. It is a dirty windshield that has quite a few spots from bugs getting splattered on the way to the set. The editor on set insisted that they clean the windshield, but the crew didn’t feel they had enough time to do that lol. So it’s my problem to solve now.

    Thanks for the reply Dave!

Dirty windshield from bugs hitting it. The car will not be moving in the shot but the camera is not locked off.
