Looking for a Simple Windows Cursor (.cur file) with a Yellow Ring ( For Recording Screens )
Hi, After navigating a myraid of viruses, I am wondering if somebody with could direct me to a truly SAFE download of a cursor ‘.cur’ file like the one I roughed out below? I saw many versions on deviantart.com but, none like what I am looking for, and I want to avoid loading a program. Yes, I know you can press CNTRL to activate an animated ring, and change the size of the windows pointer, but I really want the yellow 50% opacity circle under the pointer!
I’d be happy to purchase this icon from a safe site! I would think something like this would be available on wiki commons? Anybody who is doing a tutorial / screen cast would want this! Thanks so much!
