I’m trying to lay 5 logos over a white background onto DVD. The DVD plays on a high def tv. Every attempt has left the logos looking jagged. Can anyone tell me something I’m doing wrong?

A frame of NTSC video fills only 1/6th of the screen on an HD display. The display is blowing up the image to fill the screen, and some displays do the resize better than others. That is why you see jaggies.

OK. I’ve figured out that problem. The logos look good now. Edit in 16:9 mode and export in Native Now my problem is in the dissolves. As I am dissolving the logos between one another on the display monitors it is really jerky. They are really slow dissolves. 30 frames. Also one of my logos is animated, but it looks really jerky too. Any suggestions?
