  Logging in FCP

  Can anyone tell me an efficient method for logging footage in FCP? I find it a pain to log while it’s transferring so I wait to log til after the footage is in the bin.

  When I log interviews I place a Marker and transcribe the bite using the Marker Comment field. The problem is in the layout of the bin. The comment doesn’t wrap in the comment column so I have to stretch out the column to read it which is a pain.

  Is there any other Bin View I can use or any other suggestions?
