Log & Transfer from Desktop?
I’ve never tried to do a Log & Transfer from the desktop before but for a few clips I need to but it doesn’t seem to work.
The footage was shot on a Panasonic AC-AG160. Uses standard SD cards and shoots .mts files. When I put the card into the computer and try to use Log & Transfer it works fine but when I try to take the .mts files from the desktop it says there is unsupported media.
It’s the same .mts file from the same SD card that has worked before, but it just won’t transfer from the desktop.
Is there any reason for this?

I don t know about the Panasonic AC-AG160 but you need to copy all the card content inside your folder on desktop.

Yeah…watch the tutorial. But basically you need to back up EVERYTHING…the whole card contents, to a folder on your desktop. Watch the tutorial…it covers everything.
