Hi again!

I installed the drivers which were in a ‘Packages’ folder, and still no sign of the control panel in the Apps Folder 🙁

Funny thing is it was working fine and then one fine day it didnt.

The footage is still in colour on the timeline though, so work hasn’t stopped.

The IO Control Panel does not come bundled within the IO drives. The download is available here:

Thanks Rafael, I did install the drivers again but the control panel never appeared…

Tom posted a link to download the cpanel, will do that and post feedback 🙂

Hi Tom,

I downloaded it.. installed it.. and doubled clicked the icon to launch.

The software crashes and fails to open.

I turned the IO box off, application launches.. but ofcourse says could not detect hardware.

With the app launched if i turn the IO box on.. the app crashes

Any ideas on this?
