Log & Capture Locks Up Computer
….but only when I log and capture standard. When I log and capture standard and then I use another application (any, including a web browser), it continues to capture but when the tape reaches the end, I cannot switch back to Final Cut. I’m forced to force-quit Final Cut. I don’t at all have this problem if I’m capturing hi-def. Jeez, I hope that makes sense.

Maybe I am just a Luddite, but I don’t think it’s a good idea to do anything else with your computer while capturing. I know today’s computers are pretty powerful but it’s a resource intensive operation.
