    Hi There,
I’m coming across a problem that I never had before. I’m importing footage from a card reader into FCP. Footage recorded with Canon 7D.
I imported the footage via Log and transfer and noticed some clips were only 1 o 2 frames long. I thought that perhaps I didn’t press the record button properly but I had a look at the original footage from the card and the clips are several seconds long, as I recorded them. This happened very randomly with different clips.
    Other clips are fine.

Any ideas why is this happening?

    Thank you

When random oddness happens with FCP, time to trash preferences. Preference Manager from digitalrebellion.com is free, does it with one button click so you don’t have to dig around your Library folders, and is something even Apple uses.
