“CONTENT” contains unsupported media or has an invalid directory structure. Please choose a folder whose directory structure matches supported media.

Make a new folder. Put the CONTENTS folder inside that folder (make sure it is called “CONTENTS”). Give that folder a short, unique name…this will be the reel name. Then, in Log and Transfer, choose THAT folder…not the Contents folder.
