log and tranfer problem P2 footage
Hi, I’m hoping someone can help on this. Basically I shot an important interview on a HVX. It was shot in 25pn @ 720 (i think). On log and transfer I can play the clips and they play through just fine with audio, but once transferred they appear to be shot in 50fps? The audio plays for the first 2 seconds and then cuts out. When viewing the meta data in the log and transfer window I see that it has 2:2 pulldown?
Im not totally sure what this all means but I cant seem to import it so that it plays with audio on a Pro res 25FPS timeline…..Feeling blonde! Please help.

Iin the P2 Import window…in the P2 Browser, there is a little sprocket drop down menu. Click on that and choose PREFERENCES. Uncheck REMOVE PULLDOWN and then try importing again.
