Sometimes my log and capture window is tiny and sometimes its big, but I cant find where in the FCP menu’s to control the size? I tried expanding it with the mouse but that doesn’t work. How do you do it?

    thanks

You can’t adjust the size. As for why it sometimes is one size and sometimes another is odd. It has always been the same size for me.

It’s the size of your canvas window I believe.

    James,

Before you open the log and capture window go to: window/arrangement/two up. Now when you open log and capture the window will be a bigger size.

Simply because the Canvas window is now larger. The capture window is either 50% or 100%. Depending on the size of your canvas window. The actual size. Not the % listed in the window. For example, if you have your canvas window filling the screen, but are viewing material at 50%, then the capture window will be at 100%.

it depends on what size you make your viewer. if you want a big log & capture make your viewer bigger. you can ajust it.
