  log and capture

  Two problems:

  1) I’m doing a batch re-capture and sometimes this message appears: “An error occurred finding one or more of the specified scratch volume(s). Verify that both audio and video scratch disks are set in the preferences”. Both disks are set in the preferences. Any idea what’s causing this?

  2) The image freezes in the log and capture window but continues to play in the external monitor. The time code continues to run in log and capture.
