Log, 2k, HDCAMSR with the Viper
We did an ingest of the Viper 444 log image using the Aja LOG codec, and getting some confusing results on the histogram. Anyone do this before? Does the log codec “logiffy” linear material? Is there some special aspect of this codec which transforms any material over video?
Planning on seeing if we can ingest SR tapes to a DPX sequence in LOG.
