  • Load files into stack in an action stops to ask for files

I’m trying to merge a bunch of scanned documents because each one had to be scanned in parts. The number of parts is always the same, so I created an action in which I only need to drag the files for each page, it then loads everything to one file, crops a part that interferes with aligning them, aligns them, flattens everything and saves the file.

When I recorded the action in the menu of “Load Files into Stack” I clicked “Add Open Files”, thinking that it would do the same every time, but it doesn’t, when the action arrives to this point it opens the dialog and asks for the images.

Is there someway to automate this? or an alternative to Load Files into Stack? I’ve tried Photomerge and it behaves the same way. I’ve also checked the toggle dialog on/off in the actions panel, but no matter the setting the dialog still appears.

    Thanks for the help.
