load content in div on same page
I want to have the effect that is on this page.

If you click on a name, the profile is loaded to the right. I tried looking at the source but can’t quite get how this is accomplished.
I imagine javascript is at play but I don’t have the time to rebuild the whole thing to find out how it was done.
Would much appreciate any help in this regard.
