  LiveType title With Alpha did not work in FCP X

  Hi,

  I opened up LiveType and created a title. I first changed the Project Properties in LIveType to 1920 X 1080, made my title then exported it as a Quicktime File with Alpha Channel.

  I imported into FCPX and placed it over a video. The Title just covered the video with black and the title. The video would not show through the title.

  Why did this happen and how can I fix it?
