    Hi everyone,

Where I work, we use Livestream Studio to capture videos from a broadcast camera.
We’ve been using the same set up in a few months, but recently we are having problems with dropped frames.
At some point in the video (wich normally has 20-30 minutes), the audio “crackles”, the sync is lost, and we notice that there was a jump in the video.
Then the video continues ok, the audio is delayed by some frames.

I looked at the file info with Media Info and here’s what I got:

I noticed the framerate is variable, but i’m sure that the reason for that is the dropped frames. When the problem doesn’t happen, the framerate is constant.
Also, it’s not an internet issue, because i’m not livestreaming (and even offline sometimes).

Does anyone has any ideas on how to fix it?
    Thank you!
