I want to capture video and audio live in Adobe Premiere . Which are the best hardware tools to capture on location? Both SDI and HDMI? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

SDI and HDMI, look at Decklink from BlackMagic.https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/decklink
Although, you don’t really say what you are trying to capture to (Mac or PC), and what options you have for input into your computer.
