Sorry this is a bit off-topic, but I didn’t know where to post this one.

I’m looking for a field note-taking solution that is Time-Code stamped, that allow you to type notes about an interview or a shot being recorded as it happens, thereby eliminating the post process of TC window dubs.

Is there such a device that ‘SEES’ the camera TC, and stamps the info on a note your taking? Does this make sense?

Does the camera have an external timecode output? If so, there are TC readers out there that should read it without a problem… Which camera is it?
