  LIVE – Tally & Coms with Fiber

  Hi All,

  I have a small live production company and right now all of our cameras are SDI. I have made a tally system that works well and uses catV plugs and we have clear coms for communication.

  We have been asked to bid on a much larger venue that will require the use of fiber. So my question is, what is the best practices way to do tally and coms when you have a fiber connection that may be 1000 meters away?
