Live Streaming control with online sources

Hello everyone and thank you to everyone would like to answer me.
I have to make a live streaming direction with sources located in 8 different countries. I should be able to have a good streaming signal for all of these countries and being able to choose which image i want to stream in my own live streaming. I hope i explained it well. I would like to know if and how this could be done. Which software and which hardware i need?
