  Live Stream with HD Extreme 2

  Here’s my problem: I am trying to stream live through an online video program but my OSX won’t recognize my HD Extreme Decklink as a “camera” input. At this point I am having to use a workaround program called ManyCam. It recognizes the Blackmagic input and sends a signal that OSX will recognize.

  Here’s my question: Am I just missing something with the Blackmagic card? Is there a way for OSX to recognize it as a “camera” so that this and programs like iMovie (not that I’ll ever use it) will recognize it?

  My specs (just in case it matters):
  Mac Pro 2 x 2.66 Dual Core Xeon
  OSX 10.6.4
  Blackmagic Decklink HD Extreme 2
  Blackmagic Design Decklink 7.6.3
