live SD stream settings

I’ve been using wirecast for some time sending out a 640X480. The stream doesn’t look great at all. I’m compressing using H.264, keyframes at 250, bitrate at 1200. Are there any thoughts to help make the output less blocky?

You’re settings should have a very clean image.
It’s hard to evaluate a subjective statement though. Make sure you’re using Wirecast 4.1.3
You may need to post more details. screenshot, etc.
