    I try several times but, when I choose .tga and then ok the live key program freeze.
    But, I was work in the past with the same file. this other computer from other customer. but with the same configuration and the same file.

    intel 875pbz
    ati 9200
    raid 0 with 2sata 120gb each.

    can you helpp..

    other program like Premiere and Afet work fine..

    Hello,

    Have you tried quitting applications of PPro and AfterFX, just use TapePlayback as source?
