little photos
Hi , i was wondering if it is possible in sony vega, to keep a picture still and then add on the top other smaller pictures, which i will have to resize them in the program(one on the top right, one on the bottom left etc.)…

There sure is.
Create a new track (or 2 or 3) above the existing one, place the new image(s) on there and use either Track Motion or Pan/Crop to place & resize the new images.
