When I click on list view using the list view icon under the library none of my clips show up in the list. I just have an empty list view window- and I have selected “all clips” at the top of the window. No matter what view I choose no clips show up in the list. I am then unable to switch back to filmstrip view. List view remains empty and open. Current work around is to relaunch and then stay in filmstrip view only but I can’t access any of the features of list view such as favorites/sub-clips.

This feature had been working originally in both 10 and the upgrade and I don’t recall anything that triggered this behavior.

Any suggestions? Is this a known issue?

Check that you don’t have something, maybe a space in the search box.

    All the best,

Thanks Tom, I just tried that but the search box was void of characters. When I click between the list and thumbnail views the clips are no longer visible in the event library viewer window. Going back to thumbnail view does not resotre them. Any sugggestions about resetting preferences or other suggestions?
