I followed the instructions on here: https://www.borisfx.com/hosts/fcp/bcc4.php
Now I’m realizing that it’s for BCC4, but I has BCC3 on both systems. I doubt it’s a full version, now that I think about it. None of the plugs say trial version on them.
Man, I wish I had the time to dissect all these issues, but I don’t. What I do need is to make sure my client don’t become affected.

February 27, 2007 at 12:09 amYes, the patch I referred to is for version 4 and FCP 5.1 (with Intel support). There may very well be continuing problems, but I am using BCC in 5.1.2. I can’t say I have tried every single one, but I do use many of them…

March 4, 2007 at 7:34 amSince the 5.1.3 + 5.1.4 updates I am unable to capture 1080i60 HDV footage from a Sony HDR-FX1 camcorder. Specifically, I’m getting a “Unable to Initialize Capture Device” error when I open the log/capture window. Has anyone heard of this issue in relation to the latest updates?
