    We have a new Adrenaline 2.7 and I’m trying to install sapphire 1.35. After installing I get a license error even though I have our dongle pluged in. I also get some message about going to globetrotter.com. This never happened before so I’m a bit confused.

    This is likely a dongle driver update issue. Please contact support@genarts.com and we’ll assist you to get up and running.
