  Liquify

  why is it that sometimes I can liquify a layer in the comp window, sometimes I cannot…
  I select the liquify effect, then the smudge tool and mouse over to the comp and the arrow curson is there, not the curcular liquify tool.

  If I double click the layer, I can then liquify in the layer window, but I need to do this in the COMP window..

  very frustrating!
